This 6-week Therapeutic Photography and Mindfulness program invites you to slow down, observe with presence, and explore your inner world through images. Using mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and photography as a mirror of the self, you can develop a greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and self-compassion.

No photography experience is required—only curiosity and openness.

6 Week Mindfulness Therapeutic Photography Program

Feb 19- Mar 26, 2026

This program is a 6-week group journey where mindfulness meets therapeutic photography.
Each session combines guided mindfulness practices, experiential photography exercises, and reflective group inquiry to support emotional awareness, self-expression, and personal growth.

Drawing from:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

  • Therapeutic Photography

  • Jungian concepts of the Self, shadow, and symbol

You are invited to explore identity, inner narratives, and lived experience—moving from self-judgment toward self-acceptance.

Photography becomes more than an image; it becomes a way of listening to yourself.

This program will help you if you:

  • Feel disconnected from yourself or your creativity

  • Want practical mindfulness tools for stress and emotional regulation

  • Are curious about self-exploration through images rather than words alone

  • Seek a supportive group experience without pressure to “perform” or be perfect

No artistic skill needed. A phone camera is enough.
